Job Description

Our client, a top International law firm, is looking for an immediately available Records Assistant to join them on a six month contract starting as soon as possible. As the successful Records Assistant, you will be responsible for organising filing and/or destruction of hard and soft copy records, maintaining progress trackers, updating and maintaining the internal archiving database.

You will ideally possess the following personal skills that include; being organised, excellent communication skills, being a motivated self-starter and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. As the successful Records Assistant, you will be available immediately (or within very short notice) and have previous Records experience within a law firm or professional environment.
