We are currently looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our very busy internal admin team situated alongside our vibrant team of recruitment consultants. You will be working closely with the Consultants and Directors of the business on a daily basis. The role will offer an impressive variety of duties where you will be responsible for helping to meet and greet candidates, answer phones, arrange meetings, help the busy finance division, organise internal events and all other general office business support. The right candidate can look forward to moving up through the ranks to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
This role requires a high level of organisation, good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. Previous experience within an office based environment would be helpful but not essential. A knowledge of recruitment would also be an asset.
