Job Description

A highly prestigious international law firm currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their close-knit team. The Recruitment Advisor will manage all aspects of Business Support recruitment for the London office. Working closely with the Lawyers and reporting into the Recruitment Manager and the HR & Professional Development Manager, the Recruitment Advisor will have a broad range of responsibilities. These duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsibility for the coordination of all recruitment administration for business support
  • Maintaining the London Recruitment inbox and responding to applications
  • Applicant screening
  • Managing the joiners and leavers processes
  • Drafting offer correspondence
  • Assisting with inductions and onboarding
  • Attending interviews for Support Staff
  • Assisting the wider HR team when necessary

To be considered for this Recruitment Advisor position, it is essential that you have prior experience of recruiting within a Law Firm. Our client will also consider someone from a recruitment agency background. You must have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines is also a prerequisite.
