Our prestigious global law firm client is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to provide administrative support to their London Recruitment team, on a permanent basis. The Recruitment Assistant will assist with the attraction, recruitment and hiring of highly qualified Business Services hires, experienced attorneys, and graduates to meet the firm's needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining recruitment databases
- Interview Scheduling
- Assisting with Onboarding
- Monitoring Recruitment inbox queries
- Assisting with Graduate Recruitment and Trainee Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have experience in HR/Recruitment. Strong computer skills; superb organisational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
