Residential Property Paralegal - Permanent | Leading UK Law Firm | Hybrid | Central London
I am working with a UK Top 100 law firm, renowned for its exceptional work with high‑net‑worth clients and prime residential property. The firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Residential Property Paralegal to join a busy team.
This role will be working closely with 2 Partners, 2 Associates and a Senior Paralegal on a variety of high-value transactions from initial instruction through to post completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property searches
- Draft legal documents
- Post completion administration and closing files
Qualifications:
The suitable candidate will have previous Residential Property Paralegal experience and be familiar with the whole transaction cycle from instruction to post-completion. Experience with high-Net Wrorth individuals and high-end properties is highly desirable.
