Our client is looking for an assistant to join their Responsible Business team.
You will work alongside the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Inclusion & Diversity Manager and Head of Responsible Business assisting with all things administration.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling meetings and diary management
- Assisting in coordinating events and activities
- Supporting the team with presentations, document creation and reporting
- Supporting team responses to client request for information
- Minute taking
- Maintaining records, portals and databases
- Helping to manage non-legal volunteering initiatives
- Liaising with HR re diversity data requests
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in an Administration related role
- Ability to build and nurture productive working relationships
- Ability to follow mapped processes
- Demonstrable interest in environmental, social and governance matters, including I&D and CSR
- Ability to work accurately and at pace
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
