Job Title: Restructuring and Insolvency Paralegal

About the company: Full service London Law firm
Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Restructuring and Insolvency team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be supporting a team of 3 partners, 2 senior associates, 2 associates and 2 solicitors - alongside 2 secretaries and a shared paralegal.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and amending legal documentation
- Preparing and issuing correspondence
- Preparing court bundles
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months Insolvency and Restructuring experience and a general understanding of UK corporate insolvency processes.
