A highly regarded UK law firm based in stunning central City offices have a fantastic opportunity for a Revenue Controller to join their existing accounts team. This is a varied role which will involve; assisting with managing the London office WIP and AR balances, credit control activities (including direct contact with clients), issuing of statements, assisting with the review of aged WIP, preparing summary reports, ensuring internal systems are kept up to date with latest WIP and AR information, assisting with consolidation of monthly billing and collections targets, checking invoices, and assisting with compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous billing/ revenue experience within a law firm, or professional services environment. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization. Due to the nature of this role candidates must have strong numerical and IT skills and the ability to inspire trust and confidence - particularly with Partners. Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT is necessary as is experience in using Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar PMS system.
