Job Description

A highly respected global law firm currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. You must have experience with:

  • Benefits & future reward developments
  • Compensation and reward packages
  • Dealing with Pension related issues
  • Recommending changes on proposal for compensation
  • Assisting with the analysis of market data and planning
  • Delivery and implementation of the annual salary review process
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis in relation to various level roles
  • Administration of pension processes; acting as liaison between pensions advisors and the firm
  • Maintaining clear communication and clear compliance throughout the firm
  • Coordinating the pension governance committee
  • Leading on reward related projects and marketing analysis
  • Advising on health/risk policies
