We are working with a leading global law firm that is seeking a Senior Analyst, Legal Project Management to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in enhancing client service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and supporting legal teams on high-value matters.
This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for optimising legal service delivery. You will be instrumental in coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and ensuring matters are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Support matter planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyse and interpret matter data; prepare reports and dashboards.
- Assist with financial oversight, including budgets and cost optimisation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth matter progress.
- Monitor risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Prepare updates, performance metrics, and post-matter analyses.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, BD, and Technology.
- Support training initiatives and maintain templates and best practices.
About You
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modelling.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Minimum of three years experience in matter management within a law firm, with a solid understanding of legal processes and client service expectations.
