Our client, a global law firm, is very keen to attract an experience Senior Legal Secretary to join them on a Permanent basis. This role is in their Finance department supporting a Senior Partner.
The successful Legal Secretary will have previous Corporate Finance experience and provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the partners, associates and trainee solicitors, as well
as working closely with other secretaries and business support professionals.
Duties include: document processing; proof reading, diary management, arranging travel, and administrative tasks including typing, photocopying, binding, scanning documents, filing, timesheets and
Expenses. Candidates must be well organised, highly motivated and lead by example with professional behaviour and a positive attitude.
