My client is a dynamic, collaborative, and commercial law firm with a global presence based in central London in lovely offices and surroundings are currently recruiting for Team Administrator to join their progressive team. You will be part of the newly formed Business department which is tasked with developing the firm's strategy and ensuring an ambitious portfolio of business transformation is deployed across the firm.
You'll be responsible for supporting the team and ensuring priority programmes and projects are coordinated and managed appropriately, in line with a governance framework. Overseeing all administrative activities for the team, Organising meetings, arranging calendar invites and monitoring responses. Administration of meetings including preparation of agendas and materials in advance.
Prior experience working with a Project Management, Business function ideal but not essential.
