My client is an award-winning law firm in the City of London with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit Junior Legal Secretary's (Team Assistant) to join them on a permanent basis. There will also be agile working included in this role.
Duties will include typing dictation, diary management, organising files, arranging travel, submitting AMEX and expense reports using Chrome River, facilitating client meetings, preparing correspondence & creating letters memos. Other administrative duties, including photocopying and scanning of documents.
