This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a leading US law firm as soon as possible. This role will be on a 6 month FTC basis.
Our client, a leading US law firm is looking for a Technical Support Analyst with at least 1 - 3 years' experience in a professional environment. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the support of PC hardware and software. You will be able to complete new installations by using Firm standard configurations for desktops and laptops. You should have some experience with IOS setup, troubleshooting, and Voice over IP (telephone systems), as well as proficiency in remote computing. Software's you will be using will include; Microsoft, Apple, Avaya, Citrix, HEAT and HP Printers - as well as the firm software's of PeopleSoft and Carpe Diem.
The successful Technical Support Analyst will be enthusiastic and have excellent service ethic. As you will be interacting with members of staff at all levels, including partners, confidence and professionalism is key. Due to the nature of the Technical Support Analyst role, candidates must have the ability to work under pressure and handle the demands of the role in a professional manner and be flexible working out of hours when required.
