Our prestigious global law firm client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their London team.
The role reports to the Technical Support Manager and is assisted by another Technical Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd line support to the London office. The role is also assisted with a 24/7 helpdesk stationed in the US.
Duties will be varied and include assisting with new joiners and configuring equipment - including AV equipment, printers, workstations etc.
