An exciting opportunity with one of our prestigious Law firm clients has come up for a temporary Technology Support Technician to join their team in their beautiful offices in the heart of London.
The role will provide technical support to the office and the wider global help desk, through provision of a seamless help desk service, which includes telephone and desk side support.
To be considered for the role the ideal candidate must be able to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve all computer software and hardware problems; these include, but are not limited to, MS Office, MS Outlook, iManage, internet access, and remote connectivity. They will also need to Provide on-site and remote technical support, desk side training, and customer service for all Information Technology related issues.
