Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity in London.
A highly prestigious international law firm based in the heart of the City, currently has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their existing team in London on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have responsibility for the Accounts Payable function in the London office. The role will primarily involve checking supplier invoices, processing of standing order and direct debits, weekly Bac payments of invoices, setting up new accounts, café recharges sent from catering, maintaining good communication with vendors and internal staff as well as dealing with all Accounts Payable queries.
Experience using Aderant software is highly desired but experience using other systems like Elite will also be considered, as well as a current knowledge and understanding of SARs. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be able to manage their own workload and have a flexible approach to work. The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will need to be extremely enthusiastic, hardworking, have good attention to detail as well as strong communication and organisational skills. You should also have some solid previous accounts experience within a noted city/UK or international law firm.
