Our client, a prestigious professional services firm are looking for a temporary HR Assistant to join their busy and fast paced HR team in London. The main focus of this HR Assistant role will be to support the HR Manager particularly with aspects of Compensation and Benefits.
As a HR Assistant, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills whilst displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful HR Assistant must display well developed and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and the aptitude to manage time well and handle multiple tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within HR at a highly regarded firm. As a HR Assistant, you would be responsible for such duties as;
- Updating benefit providers for starters and leavers
- Assisting with pension administration
- Updating benefits information on databases
- Basic analysis of survey information
- Ad hoc project assistance, i.e departmental audits
- Generalist team assistance as and when needed
