Ryder Reid have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and reliable temporary L&D Assistant to join a leading global law firm in the City, supporting all training and development activity for the London office.
The scope of this role is broad, supporting the L&D Manager and working within a busy and bubbly team. You will be responsible for managing diaries, arranging training sessions and events for fee-earners, room bookings, issuing invitations, liaising with course providers, assisting with the preparation of materials, producing reports, acting as first point of contact for all CPD related queries, maintaining databases, and providing general support for seminars.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within Legal or other professional services. You must have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be bright, responsive and enthusiastic, with the confidence to liaise at all levels both across the firm and externally. Ideally you will be able to start at short notice (or ASAP).
