A highly regarded international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Biller/Revenue Assistant to join their friendly and professional team in the London office on a temporary basis. They are looking an experienced Accounts candidate with experience within Billing and Revenue who can work independently as well as being a team player. Duties will include but not be limited to: Assisting attorneys with all aspects of client billing, preparation and editing of client bills, researching enquires, issuing of statements, assisting with the review of aged WIP and preparing reports. The Biller/Revenue Assistant will prepare the monthly proforma and billing report package distribution, review and process all bills, assist billing partners with client requests and develop and enhance business relationships with internal and external clients. The Biller/Revenue Assistant will develop and maintain full working knowledge of billing functions, reports and enquiries.
The successful Biller/Revenue Assistant will be available immediately, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Applicants will ideally have experience working with Aderant software and must have demonstrable billing experience in an international law firm environment. Although the role will be based in London, the successful candidate will work with and report to the head office and Revenue Team Leader.
