If you have at least six months experience working as an in-house recruiter or HR administrator with a heavy recruitment focus within the legal or professional services sector or as a recruitment consultant within a London based agency then our client would like to hear from you. As their successful recruitment administrator you would be working from fantastic offices located in the heart of the City for an organisation with a culture that has a reputation for being diverse and friendly.
Your duties as a recruitment administrator within this legal powerhouse would focus around providing effective administrative support to both the graduate and support based recruitment teams for the next three months helping to create job specifications, liaise with agents, forward CV's, track applications, coordinating interviews and interviewers, provide feedback, assist with new hires, prepare offer letters, collate background check information, arrange induction schedules, process recruitment invoices and update employee records. You may also be drafted in to help with general HR/Employee Life Cycle administration when busy so experience of this would be beneficial.
