We are seeking an experienced and polished Legal Receptionist to join a highly prestigious law firm based in the City on a temporary basis for approximately 8-10 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reception professional who enjoys working in a corporate environment and can deliver exceptional front‑of‑house service from day one.
You will be working as part of a collaborative reception team on the late shift, acting as the firm's first point of contact, providing a seamless, five‑star experience to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Liaising with partners, fee‑earners, and support teams
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Keeping reception and client areas immaculate at all times
- Providing administrative support when required
About You
- Previous experience in a law firm reception role
- Confident, polished, and exceptionally well‑presented
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment
- Immediately available or on short/1 week notice
