Our client, a prestigious US law firm with stunning offices in the City, is seeking a Records/Filing Assistant to join their existing and expanding facilities team on an ongoing temporary basis. Working closely with the Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day management and archiving of records across the firm, submitting and retrieving offsite files, archiving and providing a high level of support.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, with the ability to use your initiative. Strong communication and relationship building techniques are key within this role. In return, the firm offer a positive and cohesive working environment accompanied. This role will require previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
