Job Description

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Work Flow Coordinator to join on a permanent basis. Based in stunning London offices, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of the Legal Support Hub team (the Legal Support Hub provides administrative and document specialist services to the fee earners within the London Office) and ensuring a seamless management of end to end tasks whilst providing first rate customer service to the Lawyers.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous workflow coordinator experience gained within a City law firm and be able to show a solid work history. You will have excellent knowledge of Document Management System (DMS) within Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to workflow software such as BigHand, Service Now, Job Track or Support Works will certainly be advantageous. The role will be working from 8:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs (flexibility for overtime will be required from time to time to support the needs of the business).
