“I’m an experienced leader in education who has recruited and interviewed for in-house secondary school vacancies across all departments, including middle leadership, teaching and business-support staff. 

“Shortly before joining Ryder Reid, I wrote tenders and government funding applications for businesses in adult education and apprenticeships, transport and logistics, renewable energy and eco-construction, fire safety and healthcare.

“I have also been central to the mentoring of trainee secondary school teachers from local universities for the past 10 years. And, recently I oversaw a project for a Liverpool-based charity that supported ex-offenders and disadvantaged young people into full-time employment through the government’s Kickstart scheme. 

“Here at Ryder Reid, I’m responsible for developing our client base in the North West, as well as building a candidate database for new and existing clients.
