“I first discovered my passion for recruitment in 2003, after attending an open day for consultants. Since then, I’ve gone on to build a fulfilling career and develop specialist expertise that I'm truly passionate about. 

“Even before it was my job, I always got a kick out of helping people, and now I get to do that every day! My work is centred on relationship building: connecting with law firms, growing our talent network, and embodying Ryder Reid’s commitment to people-first hiring - an approach I am super proud to align with.

“I spend a lot of my time speaking to Business Services candidates, guiding them through the interview process and helping them realise their potential. I also work alongside leading law firms, and I love the challenge of understanding their unique hiring needs and how we can support their vision. 

“Doing all this within a truly collaborative environment and as part of an exceptional team is a real highlight. Here, we’re never just waiting for the end of the day because we genuinely enjoy what we do, which is a great example and benchmark for our candidates!
