Consultant – Temporary Business Support

Ryan Rand joined Ryder Reid in 2015 as an Apprentice and in 2016 he passed his NVQ level 2 exams in Business Administration. He quickly learned the art of candidate resourcing and headhunting and after his first year was promoted to Assistant Consultant, working alongside and supporting our Business Support Team. Ryan continues to develop and has been responsible for sourcing some excellent Business Support candidates for the team. He has also undergone further training and assisted our more experienced consultants with candidate interviews and registrations and is accompanying Consultants on client visits. Ryan now works the Temporary Business Support desk, providing high calibre temporary employees to our US and International clients for both short term and long term assignments.
