Welcome to Ryder Reid Legal

Welcome to Ryder Reid Legal

Ryder Reid Legal was established in 1994 and having identified that the recruitment requirements of US & International Law Firms were unique in terms of working practices and culture, Ryder Reid quickly established itself as the premier recruitment and search agency in London working exclusively with US & International Law Firms. Whilst this specialism continues to this day, in recent years we have also diversified into the UK law firm market due to client demand and now work with many of the top UK law firms who value our high level of 24 hour customer service.

Our expertise not only covers all permanent legal support roles within a law firm but we are also the market leaders for Document Review/eDiscovery for some of the most prestigious litigation practices in the world. We have been supplying Lawyers and Paralegals for purposes of Document Review/eDiscovery and litigation projects in London and Europe for over 10 years. Subsequently, we have built up a strong reputation as the preferred supplier to many of the foremost law firms in London. We have an established database of experienced candidates, at varying levels, with a strong litigation and eDiscovery background. We supply qualified Lawyers from many different jurisdictions and in a high number of cases, candidates with varied linguistic capabilities. We offer a consultative approach by providing firms with different recruitment options for document review, in addition to up-to-date market information.

Ryder Reid works closely with all of our clients to ensure that they each receive an individual and personalised service. Our aim is to achieve a long lasting successful working relationship that benefits both clients and candidates alike.

We had a great turnout recently at the Gherkin for the latest Ryder Reid Employment Law Breakfast Seminar which we co-hosted with US law firm, Hunton & Williams.  The topic was the effect of Brexit with specific links to Bullying and Mental Health issues in the workplace, both of which have been on the rise since the Brexit vote. The seminar was presented by Anne Pritam, a Partner at Stephenson Harwood.
