Ryder Reid Legal is looking for an eager and personable Junior Receptionist to join one of our leading, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Our client, who specialise in international arbitration and litigation, acquisitions, and capital markets, is looking for ideal candidate to become an important member of their front of house team.
The general duties of the Junior Receptionist will include:
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Reserve meeting on rooms on the firms booking system.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in reception, ensuring they receive VIP treatment.
- Assist visiting clients and lawyers with hotel bookings and airport transfers.
- Liaise with other receptionists, the catering team, and the AV team regarding bookings.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms.
- Assist in organising lunches.
- Allocation of security cards to staff and guests.
- Provide general administration support.
The ideal candidate for the Junior Receptionist position would be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications and have at least six months law firm or professional services experience.
