“Through my university studies, I’ve built up key skills in organisation, problem-solving and interpersonal relations, which are all vital for my role here at Ryder Reid.

“While studying for my master’s degree in occupational psychology, I learned about the importance of a good recruitment process. I was always drawn to topics around people and personality, so performing a role where I can use this interest to ensure that candidates are placed in the right role is both rewarding and enjoyable.

“On an average day, my work involves reaching out and responding to candidates to help them find their perfect role and support them throughout the recruitment process. The thing I love most about the job is the people, both the candidates I speak to every day and the lovely team around me.

“What sets Ryder Reid apart from its competitors? Our people-first approach. We genuinely care for every person we work with and we will always go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for them.

“The thing I love most about working at RRL is the team around me. It’s a very friendly team and we’re always celebrating each other's achievements. We work hard, but also have a lot of fun.

“Completing my masters degree and finishing with a 2:1 is my biggest personal achievement to date. A year of very hard work and a lot of self-motivation paid off.

“As a child, what did I want to be when I grew up? I wanted to be a gymnast.”
