“I relocated to London from the West Midlands in January 2015 and joined Ryder Reid Legal a few months later. This was my very first role in recruitment, following previous experiences in retail and several seasons abroad as a Thomas Cook representative, so I’ve always been in very sociable roles and love meeting and connecting with new people.

“Initially, I joined the Ryder Reid team as an Administrator and progressed throughout the years to become the Head of Paralegal Recruitment. For almost a decade, I have been dedicated to recruiting permanent and fixed term contract Paralegals, for my US, UK and international law firm clients, which has allowed me to develop a profound understanding of the market and grow an extensive network of connections.

“I pride myself on working efficiently under tight deadlines and being highly responsive to both client and candidate queries. Building long-lasting relationships is something I thoroughly enjoy, and I always strive to provide a first-class experience for both. No request is too challenging for me and my team; we work tirelessly to find the right person for each role. Ensuring inclusivity is a core value for us.
