“I relocated from Birmingham to London in January 2015 and joined Ryder Reid Legal a few months later. This was my first recruitment role, having worked in retail and customer service roles previously, as well as a few stints as a Thomas Cook rep overseas.

“Initially, I joined as an Administrator for the Legal Division and now I head up the team alongside Gemma Coyston. I’ve extensive experience of recruiting lawyers and paralegals for my US, UK and international law firm clients.

“No request is too difficult for my team. We will work tirelessly to find the right person for the role. Frequently, we recruit large teams of document reviewers to join our clients at very short notice, often with language skills required, meaning my role can be very fast-paced and unpredictable. But I enjoy the fast pace – it makes every day exciting.

“I pride myself on working quickly to tight deadlines and I’m very responsive to both client and candidate queries. I thoroughly enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my clients and candidates and I always aim to provide a first-class experience for both.

“Ryder Reid Legal has a great culture. We all work so well together and although we work hard, we know how to have fun at the same time. I’d say we’re more like a large family than colleagues, because we’re such a tight-knit team.

“What did I want to be when I grew up? I would say a singer, but singing in the odd karaoke bar is as far as that dream went.”
