“On an average day, my work at Ryder Reid involves daily administration tasks, answering the phones and sourcing and calling candidates.

“There are many reasons why I love working at Ryder Reid. The work environment is fantastic; everyone is so friendly and although we all work hard, it’s not a silent office where everyone just sits and keeps themselves to themselves. It’s a lively working environment and everyone is always proud of each other’s achievements.

“I like talking to people and love that this is a key part of my working life. Being able to talk to people and make connections and relationships is really enjoyable and rewarding.

“My biggest personal achievement to date would be researching and writing my university dissertation. It’s the biggest graded piece of work I’ve ever done and loved researching my topic. I’m proud that after working hard for three years, I finished with a 2:1.

“As a child, what did I want to be when I grew up? I wanted to be a detective.”
