Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Billing Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Our client specialises in corporate transactions and investigations, tax, and restructuring and they are looking for the ideal candidate to become a key part of their Billing & Collections team.
The duties of the Billing Coordinator position include:
- Proactively monitor unbilled index of assigned billing partners.
- Communicate with partners to determine which matters require draft preparation.
- Prepare draft bill narratives.
- Review and analyse time entries.
- Research and investigate time entry narratives.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory legislation including VAT.
- Proactively set up regular WIP and AR meetings with partners.
- Uploading of invoices.
The ideal candidate must possess strong and oral communication skills, work well in a team, possess a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills. They would also have a minimum of three years law firm billing experience.
