Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a proactive and eager Client Development and Communications Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a fourteen month fixed-term contract basis at their London office, based near Liverpool St. This position will be working collaboratively with other members of the Marketing department to provide cohesive support on strategic initiatives and key projects.
The key duties of the position include:
- Providing administrative and project support to the Client Development, Communications and Digital Programs teams.
- Support practice group and client team structure by assisting with agenda planning, meetings and follow ups.
- Business development support, including assisting with creation of pitch material, PowerPoint presentations, proposals and timelines.
- Assist with communications and PR efforts of the London office.
- Sponsorship coordination and event planning support.
- Act as project coordinator on the webinar process.
- Conduct research on competitors, clients, prospects, markets etc.
- Directories and survey reports.
- Draft, edit and facilitate content for firm website.
- Process, edit and post lawyer biographies.
- Support firm wide initiatives as requested.
