Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive CRM Executive to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a six month fixed term contract basis at their stunning, central London office. The main objective of the position will be to provide the firms' Business Development team with support in relation to all aspects of the CRM Database, ensuring the system is up to date and accurate, as well as ensuring the best practices are put in place for the entry and upkeep of our client's data. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working at a top law firm, with scope to utilise and develop skills in a dynamic and collegiate environment.
The key duties and responsibilities of the CRM Executive include:
- Maintain mailing lists and ensure contact information is correct.
- Resolve duplicate entries and check for errors.
- Research and very changes to contacts details.
- Research mailing addresses.
- Maintain guidelines, processes and best practices.
- Generate searches and reports for the BD team.
- Provide user support and advice on InterAction.
- Help ensure the firm adheres to GDPR.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Extensive knowledge of InterAction.
- Proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be degree educated.
- Previous law firm or professional services experience.
