Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting 2 x Financial Services Regulatory Paralegals to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis.
The role will involve regular client contact working closely with partners and associates in the team, along with performing research, co-ordinating regulatory filing materials and other trainee and junior associate level tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience ideally within a regulatory, fund structuring or fund deal execution team and will ideally hold the LPC or SQE1. The firm operates hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home) and offers great benefits, including a competitive base salary and paid overtime!
