We are currently recruiting for two Paralegals to work within the Funds Team of a top US law firm on rolling 6-month fixed term contract basis.
The role will involve trainee level work assisting with a number of deals in the busy team. This is not a 9-5 role, so candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working long hours frequently.
Candidates will ideally have funds experience and have passed the LPC, however the firm is also interested in candidates with substantive legal work experience. Flexibility is a must for this role, as well as being proactive and organised.
Candidates should be flexible, dynamic, confident and possess excellent communication skills.
