My client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their market leading Law firm. The role is supporting the Reception and Client Services department that provides high-quality advice to private and commercial clients.
The department comprises of Reception and Client Services Manager, Reception and Client Services Supervisor, Client Receptionist and a Client Hospitality Assistant. In view of their growing department, they are looking for someone who has supported a team and looking to progress within the next steps of their career.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensure all regular suppliers and contractors contact details are collated, accessible by the team and updated when required
- Take ownership for seeking swift resolution on all known issues and follow up accordingly and to escalate any major issues to the Head of the Business Services when required, when the reception and client services manager is away from the office.
- Review and authorise invoices and process all expenses claims in a prompt manner, when the Reception and client services manager is away from the office and follow up accordingly.
- Front of house duties.
What they are looking for:
You'll have proven experience in a law firm working in customer service, reception, and administration.
As a minimum, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills
- Law firm experience
- A good knowledge of administration
- A proactive, professional and team-spirited attitude
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Communication skills
- Strong proof-reading skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and balance tight deadlines
