At Ryder Reid, our Business Development & Marketing team is headed by Kerry Channing and Laura Lucia. Kerry and Laura focus on senior roles, with Kirstie Hopkins working alongside them recruiting for junior to mid-level roles. The team specialise in finding candidates who not only have the right technical expertise, but also the passion, drive and determination to enable firms to enter new markets and develop key client relationships. We understand the increasing importance of the role played by Business Development & Marketing teams within our law firm clients, whether they are producing complex tender documents, coordinating client account programmes or working on strategic plans.
